Patty Stern – You don’t question. You just know. – THE CEO SOCIETY Featured Women in Business

You Just Know

There’s a certain kind of woman you don’t have to second-guess. You don’t need a long explanation. You don’t need a polished pitch. You don’t even need to ask twice.

You just know.

That’s Patty Stern.

In THE CEO SOCIETY Featured Women in Business Series, we sat down with member, Patty Stern of Patty Stern Creative Pursuits, and we learned first hand what it means to show up.

How She Shows Up

In a world where so many people are still trying to define what they do, Patty has already done something far more valuable—she’s defined how she shows up. And that changes everything.

Because what Patty brings isn’t just experience—it’s clarity, structure, and execution at a level most people don’t even realize they’re missing. She sees what others overlook, organizes what others overcomplicate, and brings order to what feels like chaos—making it look effortless in the process.

Built Through Real Experience

That level of clarity wasn’t accidental—it was earned.

Patty’s career has taken her into rooms most people spend years trying to access—and she didn’t just sit at the table, she contributed in ways that moved things forward. From leading discussions with C-level executives to managing million-dollar conference programs, she understands how to operate at scale without losing precision.

She doesn’t just understand business. She understands how business actually works behind the scenes.

Where It All Comes Together

Nowhere is that more evident than in her foundation in events and event marketing.

Because Patty doesn’t just plan events—she builds experiences with intention. The kind that communicate clearly, connect the right people, and leave an impression that lasts long after the room clears.

That same understanding now extends into her work with nonprofits and small businesses, where she’s helping organizations not just exist, but become something people want to stand behind—and more importantly, something people want to fund.

Through her workshops, Patty teaches the often-missed layer of brand building—the structure, messaging, and positioning that turns a good idea into something people believe in enough to support, sponsor, and invest in.

Because she knows: you don’t get backing just because something is meaningful. You get backing because it’s clear, credible, and positioned to be understood.

The Turning Point

That perspective didn’t come from theory. It came from life.

After experiencing a heart attack in 2018—one she unknowingly walked around with for days before emergency surgery—everything shifted.

What could have remained a private turning point became something much bigger.

Patty founded Glamorous at Heart, a nonprofit rooted in heart health awareness, wellness, and living with intention. Through events, conversations, and advocacy, she created space for women to better understand their health—and to take it seriously.

Her work in that space led to her being named a Woman of Impact by the American Heart Association, where she helped raise awareness and funding for heart health initiatives.

The Through-Line

That’s the through-line in everything she does.

Whether she’s supporting a business behind the scenes, building out a high-level event, advising a nonprofit, or contributing to a campaign, Patty brings the same level of intention, clarity, and follow-through.

And that’s why people trust her.

Because when Patty is involved, things don’t just get done—they get done thoughtfully, thoroughly, and without unnecessary friction.

She doesn’t just manage tasks.

She manages flow.

And in business, that’s everything.

More Than the Work

But what makes Patty truly stand out isn’t just what she’s done—it’s how she lives.

She’s deeply involved in her community. Active in campaigns. A contributor in rooms that matter. She’s served on boards, supported causes that extend beyond business, and continues to show up in ways that reflect both leadership and service.

And still—she makes time for her life.

Her friendships. Her experiences. The moments that exist outside of the work.

Because for Patty, success isn’t just about what you build.

It’s about how you live while you’re building it.

A Reputation That Speaks First

And that perspective shows in everything she touches.

In a space where so many are still trying to prove their value, Patty Stern has done something far more powerful.

She’s become someone people build around.

And that’s not just a role.
That’s not just a service.

That’s a reputation.

Final Word

Because when the right person is behind the scenes…everything in front of it works better.
