Victoria Swafford-Owner of White Coat Concierge Beauty and Aesthetics
Who I Am
Victoria Swafford on Natural Beauty, Genuine Care, and Helping Families Navigate Hard Conversations
Victoria Swafford believes people should leave her care feeling seen, supported, and genuinely cared for.
As a registered nurse, author, and owner of White Coat Concierge Beauty and Aesthetics, Victoria brings both clinical expertise and an artistic eye to her work. In aesthetics, her approach is rooted in enhancing natural beauty rather than creating a look that feels overdone. She is passionate about safety, precision, best practices, and helping clients feel confident while still feeling like themselves.
For Victoria, beauty is never just about appearance. It is about confidence, trust, and the way people feel when they know someone is listening closely to what matters most to them.
That same depth of care also shaped another important part of her work: writing a parenting guide inspired by her nursing experience with adolescents in suicide crisis. After years of caring for teen patients and supporting their families, Victoria saw how many parents felt lost, overwhelmed, and unsure of what to say or do. Her book was created to help parents better understand warning signs, have meaningful conversations, and feel more equipped to support the teens they love.
Her work is guided by integrity, faith, and genuine concern for the people in front of her. Whether she is helping a client feel more confident through aesthetics or helping a parent navigate one of the hardest topics imaginable, Victoria leads with compassion and a deep desire to do right by others.
Finishing her book is one of the accomplishments she is most proud of — not simply because she completed it, but because of the purpose behind it. She hopes it becomes a resource that helps families feel less alone and better prepared.
Victoria said yes to serving on THE CEO SOCIETY Council because she wanted to be part of a team of women bringing women together to celebrate success, build lasting relationships, and create rooms filled with laughter, learning, encouragement, and opportunity.
To her, Powering the Presence of Women in Business means building one another up by exposing opportunities and helping women step into spaces where they can grow, connect, and be celebrated.
And when it is time to celebrate a win, Victoria keeps it beautifully simple: first, gratitude — then, a party.
