Faye Trice – ActionCOACH
Who I Am
Faye Trice on Accountability, Growth, and Helping Business Owners Get Their Time Back
Faye Trice is the person people call when they need perspective, progress, and a plan that actually moves.
As co-owner of ActionCOACH, Faye helps business owners make more money, reclaim their time, and learn how to work on their business instead of constantly working for it. Her approach is practical, personal, and deeply rooted in accountability. While the ActionCOACH system has a proven 30-year track record, Faye does not believe in cookie-cutter coaching. She tailors her work to the person, the team, and the real goals in front of her.
Faye is especially skilled at working with different personalities, navigating complicated dynamics, and bringing people into alignment around a shared outcome. Her background in both the military and entertainment gave her a unique ability to communicate across a wide range of people, perspectives, and pressures. She knows how to read the room, move the conversation forward, and keep everyone focused on what matters.
For Faye, coaching is not consulting. It is not about telling business owners what to do. It is about working alongside them, helping them find the right tools, and empowering them to build the business and life they actually want. Growth requires work on both sides — and Faye is not afraid to hold people accountable to the version of themselves they say they want to become.
One of the most rewarding parts of her work is seeing the shift in a client’s expression when they realize they are doing better than they thought they could. Whether a business owner gains breathing room, a charity expands its reach, or a company begins attracting better leads and stronger sales, Faye’s work creates measurable momentum.
She is proudest when her clients reach goals they once believed were out of reach.
Faye said yes to serving on THE CEO SOCIETY Council because she wanted to help grow a community for women in business who are ready for more — more growth, more resources, more support, and more meaningful progress. She believes women deserve rooms built around camaraderie, knowledge, opportunity, and forward motion.
To Faye, Powering the Presence of Women in Business means providing energy, resources, connections, education, and opportunities that help women elevate their voices and influence within their industries.
And while she may usually move straight on to the next thing that needs to get done, when Faye does pause to celebrate a win, you might find her at her favorite Japanese restaurant with a well-earned bowl of ramen.
Which, frankly, feels like accountability with excellent taste.
