Ashley Adair Realtor and Director of Operations with Termini Realty Group
Who I Am
Ashley Adair on Real Estate, Relationships, and Helping People See What’s Possible
Ashley Adair wants to be known as the woman who helps people see what is possible for themselves.
As a Realtor and Director of Operations with Termini Realty Group, Ashley brings a people-first, execution-focused approach to real estate, leadership, and business growth. Whether she is helping a family buy or sell a home, guiding an agent through the next stage of their business, or creating better systems behind the scenes, Ashley leads with genuine care, clear strategy, and a high standard of follow-through.
Her strength is taking something that feels overwhelming and turning it into a plan.
In real estate, that can mean helping a first-time buyer move from “I don’t know if we can do this” to “We’re homeowners.” For sellers, it can mean replacing uncertainty with a clear pricing strategy, market perspective, negotiation plan, and successful closing. For agents and business owners, it often means identifying what is missing, simplifying the path forward, and building systems that actually support growth.
Ashley knows real estate is never just about contracts and closings. Behind every transaction is someone’s home, investment, family, and future. That is why communication and follow-through are non-negotiable standards in the way she works. She wants her clients to feel educated, protected, confident, and cared for — never like they are being pushed through a process they do not understand.
Her leadership journey has shaped that perspective deeply. After stepping into leadership and later returning to the agent side of real estate to help operate her fiancé’s team, Ashley gained a stronger understanding of people, personalities, patience, and perspective. The experience reinforced what she already knew: great real estate professionals do more than open doors. They anticipate challenges, advocate fiercely, communicate clearly, and create an experience that helps people feel steady during major life decisions.
Ashley’s reputation is built around knowledge, integrity, results, and relationships. When someone introduces her, she hopes they say, “I want you to meet Ashley. She knows real estate, she knows how to negotiate, and she will take care of you.”
That care is also what drew her to THE CEO SOCIETY Council.
Ashley said yes to serving because real estate has shown her how powerful relationships and community can be. In an industry that can often feel competitive, she believes there is room for women to support one another, share opportunities, collaborate, and grow together. She wanted to be part of building a community where women in business create meaningful relationships — not just exchange business cards and move on.
Ashley is especially excited to help bring THE CEO SOCIETY to her local market because it feels like something worth showing up for. Not another room filled with small talk, but a space for real connection, leadership, growth, collaboration, and opportunity.
To Ashley, Powering the Presence of Women in Business means helping women open doors for one another, build stronger networks, and step into rooms where they can grow, lead, and be seen.
And if you ask what kind of rooms she wants to be in more often, the answer is clear: rooms filled with strong, driven women who are building businesses, leading companies, creating opportunities, and making an impact — while celebrating and challenging one another along the way.
