CMO, CAMERON BATES

Cameron Bates serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for CEO Society, where he leads the vision behind brand, visibility, and growth—helping position the organization as a powerful space where women are seen, connected, and elevated. With a background in marketing, branding, membership development, sponsorships, and nonprofit collaboration, Cameron brings both strategy and storytelling together to amplify the voices of women in business and help them step fully into their presence.


His passion for this work is deeply personal. Growing up in Northeast Texas on a cattle ranch, Cameron was raised with a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for community. From an early age, he also found his voice—traveling across Texas as a student speaker, connecting with audiences, and learning the power of showing up, being seen, and sharing your story. That foundation shaped the way he approaches marketing today: not just as promotion, but as purposeful visibility.


Cameron’s commitment to supporting women in business is rooted in the women who have shaped his life. His mother, D’Anna, is a business owner. His best friend, Emilee, is a business owner. And now, he works alongside Kristie, founder of CEO Society, who has built a space where women are stepping into their next level with confidence and clarity. Having witnessed firsthand how often women are underestimated or placed into limiting boxes, Cameron is passionate about helping change that narrative—creating platforms where women are not only included but fully seen and recognized for their impact.


Known for his creative eye and bold approach to branding, Cameron is focused on building more than just marketing—he’s helping build a movement. One where visibility leads to opportunity, connection leads to growth, and presence becomes power.


Outside of his work, Cameron brings a fun and nostalgic personality to everything he does. He’s a lifelong fan of Scooby-Doo (and yes, can quote it), a dedicated fan of Reba McEntire, and someone who appreciates storytelling in all forms. He’s also a proud dog owner to Barrow, who keeps life grounded and full of personality.


At the heart of it all, Cameron believes in one thing:
when people are given the space to be seen, they rise—and he’s committed to helping make that happen.

CAMERON IS a Man of Many Talents

From a career spent Speaking to Youth in FFA programs to Acting & Serving in Executive roles in Chambers of Commerce, Cameron is a man of many talents. His biggest talent is in building relationships and remaining loyal to those in his circle.

FUN FACT: Perhaps a little known fact about Cameron is his love for Scooby Doo. He is ranked 3rd in the World among Scooby Doo collectors, and he was even written in as a character in a cartoon episode.
