WOULDN’T BE WHITNEY ROSE GANDY

Rooted in Roses: The Faith-Fueled, Fierce, and Fabulous World of Whitney Gandy

Some women find balance. Whitney Gandy builds it—on skates, in heels, and always on faith.

Born and raised in Oklahoma, Whitney’s story began in the same place her roots were planted: among generations of women named Rose. Her grandmother was Rose. Her mother is Rose. Her middle name is Rose. And now, her daughter, Oaklyn Rose, carries that name forward—proof that legacy doesn’t wilt, it multiplies.

Rooted in Rustic Glam

FROM RUSTIC BEGINNINGS TO REFINED BRILLIANCE

Whitney first bloomed as the proud owner of Rustic Rose Salon & Boutique in Oklahoma—a cozy, country-glam space that blended beauty, boutique finds, and big laughs. It was there that her brand of hospitality and hustle took root. She learned that a great haircut could fix a bad day, and a well-timed joke could heal a heavy heart.

When life brought the Gandy family to Texas, Whitney didn’t leave that magic behind—she transplanted it. Her Canton salon, Rose + Co, grew from those Rustic Rose beginnings into a full-service beauty destination offering everything from hair and extensions to esthetics and massage.

It’s not just a salon. It’s a community in curl form—a place where women are pampered, prayed for, and reminded of their worth.

Faith & Family
Cheer her On

FAITH, FAMILY
& FIERCE DRIVE

Whitney is a competitive-cheer powerhouse turned business owner, a former NCA Champion who learned early that every landing takes preparation and courage. That same competitive grit drives her success as an entrepreneur, wife, and mom.
Her husband runs a thriving tree farm, so growth is quite literally the family business. Between his roots in the soil and hers in the salon, the Gandys have turned their days into a masterclass in cultivation—faith, family, and flourishing.
And somehow, amid the cheer competitions, client schedules, and product launches, Whitney still makes time for faith-based conferences and personal renewal. It’s the quiet prayer before the chaos that keeps her centered, the daily reminder that grace and grit are not opposites—they’re partners.
